BUILDING RESTORATION
This building was in dire need of a multitude of repairs from stone work to installing a 18" liner for the boiler. (check out our time lapse video of the liner installation). Through the use of a crane and other specialized equipment we were able to complete the project while the residents retained their living area.
KENNEDY MANOR
Our client of 15+ years was interested something economically and environmentally sustainable. Reusing brick from the original building to rebuild the Parapet wall was a high priority due to the historic nature of the building. We stayed within those boundaries throughout the whole process in order to ensure they were satisfied with the outcome.
